Nations Rage
"Why do the nations rage,
and the people plot in vain."
There is a God, the Creator of every age
who made everything, including the rain.
The leaders of the earth have taken a stand
to fight against the only Man.
Who cared enough to receive the brand
of the cross, and nails, and the Roman bans.
The people are in rage
over their own pains.
But you, oh Lord, have freed them from this cage,
and have allowed man to walk without his spiritual cane.
So why do the nations rage
and the people plot in vain?
Because man has not read the page
that Christ our Lord reigns.
